Spectech as part of the Diamond Schmitt Architects and Graham Construction Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team, provide the Audio Visual Design for a new 110,000-square-foot 360 bed student residence and a 30,000-square-foot academic building with approximately 900 new classroom seats. The academic building features flexible and active learning classrooms, as well as a 300-seat lecture and presentation theatre supporting a collegial environment designed to encourage and facilitate student interaction. The residence featured a new Gymnasium and active recreation amenities.
