Winchester Glen

Winchester Glen is a newly constructed retirement community that Spectech provided the complete technology network and systems design. The project is a 45,000 square foot facility with retirement and nursing care rooms supporting over 200 residents.

The design included a Nurse call and Patient Care Systems integrated onto a single building technology network. The facility provides community living spaces including, dining, medical facilities, retail space as well as a local theatre room. The facility is supported by a complete wireless network as well integration of local fire alarm detector annunciation through the nurse call system for immediate response.
